TKJ AI Assistant
Answer your customers at three in the morning.
A customer-service assistant for your WordPress site. It tracks an order,
checks a membership, reads your live catalogue and answers from the FAQ you write —
in your brand’s voice, with your API key kept on your own server.
What it takes off your desk
Most support inboxes are the same four questions, asked over and over, by
people who would rather not have written to you at all.
Where is my order?
The commonest question there is, answered at any hour. It checks the order against the email that placed it — and matches a signed-in customer to their own orders automatically, so they need not type anything.
Is my membership still active?
Level, status and renewal date for the account asking, where Restrict Content Pro is running the memberships.
Do you have it, and what does it cost?
It reads your live catalogue: names, current prices, availability and a link. Published items only, so an unreleased product cannot be discovered by asking about it.
Your policies, in your words
Delivery, returns, formats, whatever you sell — from a FAQ you write and control. It is told not to invent a policy it cannot find there.
Your brand, your English
Name, accent colour, welcome message, support address, and British or American spelling. Nothing on the widget says our name.
Quiet by default
No conversation is stored unless you switch logging on. Rate limited per visitor, per window and per day, so one bored person cannot run up your bill.
What it will not do
Worth reading before you buy, rather than after.
- It will not guess. If the answer is not in your FAQ or your data, it says so and gives people your support address. That is the whole design: a confident wrong answer about a refund policy costs more than no answer.
- It cannot act. It answers questions. It cannot refund, cancel, change an order or alter an account, so a bad answer stays a bad answer rather than becoming a bad action.
- It will not reveal an order on weak proof. An order number alone is never enough. The email must match the one that placed the order, or the customer must be signed in — and the refusal reads the same either way, so nobody can fish for which orders exist.
- It is not Sovereign AI. This runs on your own Anthropic key, so your contract is with Anthropic and the processing is yours to describe. If you need named-region processing, a data processing agreement from us and reads checked against a member's own permissions, that is the other product.
What you need
WordPress 6.0 or later, PHP 8.0 or later, and an Anthropic API key of your
own. You pay Anthropic directly for what you use, with nothing added by us and no token
counts to watch. WooCommerce is needed for order look-ups and Restrict Content Pro for
membership status; neither is required, and the assistant simply offers less without them.

stop and the assistant carries on working — your visitors never notice a billing
date. Development and staging copies do not use one of your sites.
