Your site stays in charge
Most AI plugins are given a key to your database and asked to behave.
This one is never given one.
It sees what the visitor sees
Every read is checked against that person's own WordPress capabilities, at the moment
it happens. The assistant has no account of its own, so it cannot see more than the
person using it.
Answered in the UK
The model runs in a UK region. If we cannot serve a region in that region, the
assistant is refused rather than quietly answered somewhere else.
Nothing is kept
No transcripts. The conversation lives in the visitor's browser tab and is gone when
they close it. Nothing is written to your database, and nothing trains a model.
It cannot be talked into things
Which records get read is decided from the visitor's own question before anything is
fetched. Text hidden inside an order note or a profile cannot make it fetch more.
Read-only, on purpose
It answers questions. It cannot place an order, change a record or act on anyone's
behalf, so a bad answer stays a bad answer.
No API key on your site
The model key never touches WordPress. A key in your database is readable by every
administrator, every other plugin, and every backup.

Usage is included because it should be: a thousand-member site costs us
pennies a month to run, and metering that would only give you something to worry about.
There is a generous fair-use limit to stop runaway automation; if it is ever reached, the
assistant says it is unavailable and the rest of your website carries on exactly as
normal.
What it does not do
Worth reading before you buy, rather than after.
- Signed-in visitors only. A logged-out visitor has no records of
their own for it to read, so there is nothing useful for it to say. - "UK" means the model call. We process in the UK. If your own site
and database are hosted elsewhere, say so honestly in your own privacy notice —
we will help you word it. - It is not a salesperson. It answers questions about a person's own
account. It does not pitch, upsell or handle enquiries from strangers. - It can be wrong. It is a language model reading real records. It
will not invent a record, but it can misread one, so it tells people when it cannot
find something rather than guessing.
